5 Black Friday Deals

There’s so many places with Black Friday deals. I for one have not wanted to leave my bed to shop on this holiday, but for those of you who want to brave the crowds, here are some of the best online and in-store deals.

  1. For the clothes: Nordstrom – Offering an extra 20% off from now until Sunday, I know this doesn’t seem like much but if you’re shopping in the “Trends” department, brands are reasonably priced and you can get an even better deal for the holiday season. Some of my favorite picks are this gorgeous sequin dress for the holidays and an amazing deal on a cute Kate Spade purse! In-Store and Online, returns are in-store only!

2. For the tech buys: Best Buy – Offering a $250 gift card with the purchase of a contract IPhone 7 or IPhone 7 Plus, they also have the best deal for an IPad Pro, starting at $449, that’s $150 off the regular price! If you’re looking for a new camera, they have a great Nikon DSLR with two zoom lenses for $600! In-store and Online.

3. For the home: Normally furniture is not the smartest buy on Black Friday but if you act quick Overstock is offering up to 70% on home items November 24th only. But, Ashely Furniture Home Store is offering up to 50% for its Black Friday Deal (Online Only)!

4. For the fitness buff: Dick’s is open for extended hours and is also offering over $50 off select Fitbit models! I have the Fitbit Blaze on my Christmas list this year, so this would be the time to get it :).

5. For random odds and ends: Amazon! – this is normally my go-to for everything but they are offering some great deals and it’s a great chance to snag some perfect Christmas presents. Look at the site for daily deals until Monday the 28th and snag the amazon echo, kindle fire, beauty accessories, sewing machines and more for discounted prices!

In keeping with the fall spirit I picked up this gorgeous rust vest from Anthropologie and paired it with basics to make that the focal point. And the best part it’s on sale right now!

I wore my favorite stretch jeans from H&M and a Zara long sleeve cotton shirt! I got so many compliments and the best part is the cinched waist. I also wore some tan booties from JustFab that are shown below.

Beauty Haul

This past weekend I hit up the Ricky’s near my house for some much needed beauty products and found some great sale items!

I have really been getting into sheet masks lately and couldn’t resist the cute packaging. This LuLuLun one actually has 7 days of masks in it! I have also been wanted to try the Split End Therapy hair wrap after reading about it on SouthernCurlsandPearls.com.

To give my hair some more love I picked up the Nume White Truffle Leave-In Moisturizer. I have heard such great things about their White Truffle shampoo and this was on sale for 5 dollars! With my hair dried out from bleaching I will pretty much buy anything that says “moisture” in it. I’ve only used it once but truly my hair feels much nicer and has looked sleeker for 3 days since applying the product….seems to be working!

I am loving the invisbobble hair bands and had to pick up more, I have also not seen the fun blue color before so that was a fun addition to my collection!

One of my favorite blogger Lydia Elise Millen loves the Bondi Sands Tanner and when I saw it I thought I’d go for it, I haven’t tried it yet but I’m excited to test it out!

My favorite new purchase is this NYX Lip Cream in Monte Carlo , I’d been hunting for a burgundy lip creme for the holiday season and I love the texture of these.

Lastly, I picked up a cute TONYMOLY perfume bar for my purse which has a lovely flowery scent and a beautiful nude OPI polish in the shade Nomad’s Dream.

What beauty buys have you been loving lately?

Fall is in full swing! Today I paired some new JustFab booties with a cute tassel detail and a super cozy cowl neck sweater.

The sweater I got last year from Michael Kors but you can find a similar one here and here.

These Gap jeggings are my absolute favorite for work because of their elastic waistband and chic wash. I got them last fall but you can find similar ones here.

My bag is perfect for everyday, it’s a used Gigi New York satchel with a fur pom pom. I can fit my laptop, wallet and snacks or any other essentials easily and I love the latch closure.

These days if I’m not thinking about my outfit in advance, I’ll be sure to come into work looking like I rolled out of bed. Having stylish essentials in your wardrobe, that can make you look chic instantly, are perfect for those late mornings.

Here’s 5 pieces that you can mix and match into your own wardrobe and rock with your own personal accessories.

  1. Black turtleneck – Jcrew//Cashmere// $228.00//Perfect for tucking into a skirt or pairing with sleek trousers and heels.
  2. Trendy Top – Zara//$29.90//Always a plus if you can incorporate some fun pieces at work – loving the bell sleeves trend lately.
  3. Suede Booties – Steve Madden// $129.00//Very chic while at the same time can look totally professional with a pant suit.

I do want to make note that I work at a tech company and the dress code is non existent, therefore making ripped jeans appropriate.

Jewelry Crush

Lately I’ve just been so obsessed with jewelry accounts on Instagram and finding the perfect everyday gems. I’m one who loves statement pieces but what I really hunt for is good quality jewelry that I can wear everyday and even sleep in…because I’m lazy like that.

I’ve recently gotten into wearing my watch and some no fuss bracelets everyday and am loving the look. My watch is actually from H&M and cost me twenty dollars. I get so many compliements on it!  Its super lightweight and doesnt get in the way when I type.

Tawny Wristwatch

Delicate necklaces are a must for me. They add a little bit of something extra to any outift. I’ve had a ton over the years and kind of wear them down until they’re super tarnished or somehow break, because like I said, I never take them off. This brings my hunt for a new one.

The Dogeared necklaces have really caught my attention lately, I like that they all have little messages and you can get a real gold one and they’re not outrageously expensive.

Three Wishes Necklace

Initial Bar Necklace

I’ve seen a ton of people with gold or silver bar necklaces with either coordinates or your name and I’m loving the sentimental value of them while having an edgy look. They can also be really affordable on sites like Baublebar.

Rings are something that I truly feel naked without and although I have one I wear everyday I’m always looking for some other fun ones for my other hand. I recently found RingConcierge on Instagram and have been obsessed with all her photos.
